Grace Children's Learning Center uses self signed certificates for its secure web connections. This method does not make the connection any less secure, but GCLC recommends that the certificate be imported into your web browser cache. After importation the error that is generated when you first connect will disapper. If you connect in the future to the web site and the certificate error returns then GCLC has changed the certificate or you did not connect to the correct site. Instructions for importing certificate in Firefox 1. Clicking the Classroom Information paint splotch will bring you to the page pictured below. 2. The default for Mozilla and Firefox is to accept the certificate temporarily. To avoid this in the future select the radio button that states "Accept this certificate permanently". Then click "OK".
